My friend is running win98 se he gets this error message
every time he tries to start IE  Fatal exception 06 has
occured  0028:00000017.
anyone know whats up with this?

IE 6 won't open from desktop icon, when I click IE 6
desktop icon it acts busy then nothing opens and when I do
ctrl, alt, delete it saids its running.....But it isn't
open on desktop

Have a WIN 98SE and ADSL connection

When I log on to sbcyahoo home page there appears a box

computer clicked on internet browser and it wouldnt

After trying to remove a program using the Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs, I now receive an error message when I
try to start up my computer in regular mode or safe mode
and the desktop icons never come up.  

I have a web page that keeps making itself my home page in internet explorer.
If you type in a new home page and click apply, the next time you open
