Dear Discussion Group,
When clicking on links or entering target web addresses I experience either
virtually immediate response (as indicated by the 'connected' icon at bottom
right of W98 screen) or an unwanted long delay (about 45 secs at present).

I need to reinstall Win98 from my install CD but of course, this software is
a very early version. Where can I download updates from now (as I understand
it) Microsoft has removed downloads from its website?
