My system is running on Win 98 and IE6. For the last while, when using links within an Internet site or trying to go to a link within that site, 2 successive programs (reports) are automatically started.

Dear Discussion Group, When clicking on links or entering target web addresses I experience either virtually immediate response (as indicated by the 'connected' icon at bottom right of W98 screen) or an unwanted long delay (about 45 secs at present).
