How do you import the address book from another OE 6 identity? When I go to the OE folder from "Import" there is no option for that kind of file even though there are dozens of entries. Thanks,

I need to regularly send a newsletter to a group of 250 people in a club that I belong to. What is the best way to maintain this list? Do I have to set up a group to use? Does 250 entries exceed any Outlook Express limitations?

When reading news groups I am randomly (it seems) stricken with a message: OUTLOOK EXPRESS MESSAGE LIST CONTROL and the newsgroup can't be read. Can someone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it please?

Can or does ISPs set the line speed at which one can connect at ??. I can never connect at greater then 40kbps even with a Zoom v92, whether day, night, rain or snow. Modem extra setting string is S7= 150. Words of wisdom please.

I am sending this question via another computer because my home computer (OS Windows 98SE) will not allow me to enter the Windows Update Website, nor the Newsgroups Website. I can successfully surf the internet except for these two websites.

Some of the problems/answers on this forum should have solved my problem, but they did not. I automatically upgraded from OE5 to OE6 when upgrading from IE5 to IE6 on the 2004 TurboTax disk. I was told that the saved messages, address book, et al would transfer to OE6 ...
