I am helping a friend to check his emails when away from home. He will
use an old PC running Win98SE to access his ISP.  We needed a dial up
account from a stable supplier so we tried to install an internet
connection from a Tiscali CD.  The CD found the file missing and

.eml attachments to the emails I receive will not display immediately when I
select the message to view.  I have to go thru a bunch of steps in order to
view he attachment.  No problem with .jpg attachments which display

Last night, it started the cleaning/compacting process, which has caused

I've got a client that has a machine that is NEVER on the internet (he's a
draftsman and runs Autocad programs so he doesn't need to be on line)
He's about to completly clean his hard drive and reload WIN98SE, but I want
to make sure he gets all the updates needed.
