.eml attachments to the emails I receive will not display immediately when I select the message to view. I have to go thru a bunch of steps in order to view he attachment. No problem with .jpg attachments which display immediately in the message body.

I've got a client that has a machine that is NEVER on the internet (he's a draftsman and runs Autocad programs so he doesn't need to be on line) He's about to completly clean his hard drive and reload WIN98SE, but I want to make sure he gets all the updates needed.
