I recently reinstalled my Windows 98 machine and attempted to restore all my
email messages from the backed up Outlook Express folder located in the
C:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\Identities\{77C3A4A0-DE84-11D9-A2C4-83B37F26FD42}\Microsoft\Outlook

All of a sudden my OE has started setting an Error stating : "Your internet
connection was unexpectedly terminated" although my connection is up and
running...Any ideas??

 I  have been trying to send E mail to a Hot Mail address but it's not
getting through. Nor do I  receive any failure notice.  The Hotmail address
is billmcca@hotmail.com    Does Hot Mail require that my ISP  register
formally  with them before they will process mail from my domain ...

unable to print incoming email - Outlook Express  Computer freezes and have

Anyone have experience with Juno? A friend has Juno, costs $10, has email
and browsing, but no other app has any access to the internet except the
Juno browser. I have turned off all the firewalls I can find, including XP
firewall. Can't update AVG, can't use IE, can't use OE. Can't ...

Is this normal, the message maybe 2 letters yet each and every email I send
makes outlook express hang for about 5 mins, anyone know how I can resolve

I dual boot win98se and XP Pro.
In 98se I use IE5.5 and OE.
In XP I use IE6 and OE.
I know you can move the target folder for the DBX files on both systems and

I recently did an update and it told me I needed net framework 1.1 service
pack 1 and GDI detection tool (KB87334). I have win 98se and was wondering if
I really need these. Every time I go to do updates it tells me I need these.

My Outlook Express doesn't seem to remember that last folder an attachment
was saved to.  I regularly check Windows update and believe I have all the up
to date patches but I may have missed something.
I'd appreciate any ideas you chaps might have

i dont have any problems with mine but i am asking for my friend who has

Using OE6 on both systems. I would like to copy or backup all my read and
unread Inbox emails onto a removable harddrive and then be able to transfer
them to the Inbox on another computer system. How would I do this? Thanks

whenever I save a picture and try to reopen it, system tries to open it media
center file ,telling after that file couldn't be found. I can open the same
file by first starting ViewAhead photo center and then opening it.

Thinkpad i serie 1411 with windows 98 SE & internet explorer 6, freezes when
booting with following error message:
