hello i am trying to install some applications (like antivirus) and it is
asking me to have the update of root certificates.
The problem is that not all the pcs are connected to internet and some of
them dont have english windows.

When a pc using Win98 starts up how is the order of loading of
applications organised? I ask because I have splash killer installed
which ignores the splash screen for BTPrivacy but is effective on
allother culprits. The former was installed years before BT Privacy

I have check this newsite without any solutions.  I was doing a Standard

Not a problem, just a curiosity. Every once in awhile I receive a spam

We still have several Windows 98 machines running in our organization and we
need to be able to download the Windows 98 updates from one machine to a
Network folder and then get all the updates installed to all of the machines
(without giving them access to the internet).

I just wrote an email on my laptop when suddenly the battery died.
No warnings... I restarted the laptop (Win98) but the email I wrote was
