Using Win98 and OE6 I can't get my email. I get the following error message:

I am trying to copy personal files from OE6 working on a pc using Windows 98
SE to a new pc using Windows XP SP2 and OE6. I have copied the files to the
proper folder on the new pc and can see them using Windows Explorer but when

'demand' by defrag. ran sfc and found changed files, and 101 updated files.

How do I reset my IE browsers home pages including the AOL Explorer? I
want to set them to a different news site or mail.google.com.
Any helpful input appreciated,

If I copy a message from Outlook Express' Hotmail / Inbox folder into my
local Saved Mail folder it shows up with the wrong date on it. :-S
Does anyone know why and how to fix this?

Error msg copied below rec'd when I tried to sign in to my email
software.  Used this several times.  Never had a problem accessing
this sign in page.  
Everything else working.  

   i have downloaded SpywareBlaster and when I try to install it I get an
error msg.  Cannot import DLL, may be missing,corrupt or wrong version.
File "MSVBVM60.DLL  error 1157.  Can anyone shed some light on this trouble.
I have WIN98 4.10.1998 and all the upgrades.

I do not want to install these security updates because others have reported
problems with these.  How can i permenantly instruct windows update service
this information so it does not keep asking for doing this update.  This has
become a nuisance just like other popups.

When I use Tools/Spelling in my emails in Outlook Express I get the Error
message
" An error occured while the spelling was being checked."
I have MS Word installed which I understand you need for the spell check to

emails sent from outlook express; subject line ok but body 'blank'. Using
