I have Win98 SE, OE6 and IE6
Until very recently when I sent an e-mail to myself it was delivered
almost immediately with OE being open.  Now it is only delivered when I
bootup, together with other incoming mail, but my configuration has not

a senior citizen using NS 4.8 is now changing over to IE and OLE.
The Mozilla route is not an option in his case.
I managed to convert his addressbooks and mailinglists - but now for the messages.
He has a well backed-up message pool from 1998 onwards containing business ...

Recently I used tool tab in win98 SE to check my I.E..   The process
could not be completed and I received two error messages.  IE4UNIT.exe
and MSXMLR.Dll are missing.  In addition I got a "version 5.02614 file
