I have an ATI 3D Rage Pro video adapter installed in my
computer. When ever I try to run Windows Media Player 7.1
I get perfect sound, but no video. When i try to update my
video capture driver I can't seem to get one compatible

 Whenever I play a CD or any other kind of audio there
seems to be a problem with the playback.
Everytime music is louder than the dialogue/words. It is
nearly impossible to listen to them.

Under what folder I can find the enbeded start, boot, close, warning ,
error, etc sound files which are part of windows98 or windowsXP or
