I have an older laptop with Win98. The issue is that I do not have all the required .cab files and therefore cannot load the drivers for a 3com LAN card I just purchased. I searched a win 98 cd but could not find the .cab files.

If no network connection is available I get the message "there was no domain to verify your password" or "domain could not verify your password". This only happens on 5 or six of the 100 or so windows 98 machines

I've now got ICS running well on my home system on the ADSL connection - I was pretty pleased until I found that every time I reset one of the clients it takes about 20 mins for the gateway to allow web access. It allows pop3 access and news immediately, just not web. Any ideas?

I am getting fifth machine which I want to add my home network ( Netgear RT314 4-port router and 4 pcs: Win98, Win 98, Win ME and Win XP). Do I have to get an 8 port router, or can I simply add a hub on one of the ports?
