Thank you for your help.  I am unable to configure certain
WIN 98 PCs on a LAN, to get them out to the Internet or on
the local network.  I have used the wizard using LAN

I setup a wireless network at home which is made up of a
desktop running windows 98 and a laptop running
windows2000.  Using my laptop I can locate the desktop
computer on my network.  However when I double-click on it

I am trying to install a 802.11g card on my Win 98
machine. The card is recognised, however in device manager

I disabled the XP firewall.

I have set up Internet Connection Sharing on XP PC (host)
& 98 PC (client) connected by crossover cable.  For a
brief time everything worked as advertised:  I was able
to view shares both directions; connect to Internet on XP

I have 2 machines, one running 98, the other running xp.  
In network neighborhood, my xp machine can see the 98
machine, however the 98 machine does not see xp.  Can
someone please tell me what settings I need to be looking
