when i am on the internet for more than 10 min. ie omes up with the page cannot be displayed. then when i try to release/ renew ip i get error 10050 renewing adapter??, i have a ibm thinkpad 600x with win 98 with a cnet nic card.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how or point me to a web site to show me how to connect a DOS system to a Windows 98 network. I have the two computers connected through a hub using static ip addresses. I have never hooked a DOS system to a Windows 98 machine before.
