I have a small network set up, all PCs running Windows 98 SE upated
with WU and running IE6.
The other day, I wanted to use Norton Ghost image one of the PCs to
the others. I've done this before, but with problems, so I uninstalled

I've got a Dell Optiplex GX110 here with an integrated
3C905C-TX 10/100 Ethernet. I've also got a Windows NT
domain and for some strange reason the Dell will not give
me a network login prompt at boot.

When I start my laptop(XP) the client PC desktop(98SE) also starts. How can
I prevent this happening?

i have a mixed environment of windows 98se xp and 2000 on a 30 user network.the windows 98 machines will just randomly lose network drives and connectivity until you reboot.
after reboot it stays connected for a shile then this scenario repeats itself.

I've got a wireless laptop with XP and a wired PC with
98SE.  The laptop can access the PC and the internet,
however the PC cannot access the laptop shared files.  Any
