i have a mixed environment of windows 98se xp and 2000 on a 30 user network.the windows 98 machines will just randomly lose network drives and connectivity until you reboot.
after reboot it stays connected for a shile then this scenario repeats itself.

Recently I purchased a new computer w/XP so that I could
give my older computer w/98SE to my son.  In an attempt
to share internet capabilities I purchased a D-Link DI-
624 Airplus Xtreme G 2.46GHz Wireless Router so that my

Is there a method to query a desktop running Win98SE as
to the MAC address of the NIC?

I've got a wireless laptop with XP and a wired PC with
