I have three machines running 98SE on a network running through a 802.11g wireless router. Machine #1 was just put on the network with the same setup as the other two. From machine #1, I can see #'s 2 and 3 and have full access.

I have been advised that in order to transfer files I have to enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP. I have instructions on how to do this on my XP PC but with my 98 PC the enabling window is greyed out. How do I enable it?
