when I try to access my XP machine from within my win 98 puter I am now getting a request for network password which there is none. No problem in the reverse access it says Resources: \\TEDS-XP\IPC$

Weird DNS issue. Friend screwed up their box somehow. Here's the scoop: Can hookup on any dialup connection we try, no problem. Cannot resolve any domain names with any of these connections. Winipcfg shows the current / correct IP info including two DNS severs.

I would like to enable a printer to be shared on one of our windows 98 computers, but I am unable to get a list of users. I have a Win2K server, but no domain, just a workgroup. Could someone please help me with this issue?

I have two PC's one running XP (Host) and has Norton Anti Virus and the other 98SE (Client) with no anti virus at present.. Having read from someone that the free AVG anti Virus programme was as good as the Norton I intend downloading AVG.
