when I try to access my XP machine from within my win 98 puter I am now
getting a request for network password which there is none.
No problem in the reverse access
it says Resources: \\TEDS-XP\IPC$

I have a desktop Win 98SE sharing a printer with my laptop WinXP through a
crossover cable which has been working all right until to day when I cannot
share anymore
I checked the help file and was\ asked to make sure that the Print to a port

Weird DNS issue. Friend screwed up their box somehow. Here's the scoop:
Can hookup on any dialup connection we try, no problem.
Cannot resolve any domain names with any of these connections.
Winipcfg shows the current / correct IP info including two DNS severs.

Got a strange problem
I can ping another computer plugged into the same hub..but can not ping
anything else..I can only ping other computers plugged into same
