I have a small home network and for some reason, I cannot get the 98se computer to actually become part of the network. I go through all the configurations, but no other computer can see it and it cannot see them. They are xp machines. What is the trick of making this work?

I've 2 machines Win98SE and WinXP connected together with Actiontec wireless adaptors. I'm using the XP machine to connect to the net. I can browse web pages and newsgroups etc through ICS but I'm unable to access files/folders on the XP machine from the Win98 machine .
