Lost my ICS and went to reinstall. Has been running fine for 2 years. Wouldn't connect. Found exclamation point to ICS adaptor in device manager KB Q241255 recognizes this and says caused by a program providing a DHCP service that needs to be uninstalled before doing the ICS.

I have a little home network, connected through a gateway. There are 3 PC - 1 XP, 1 W2K and 1 Win98SE. The W2K PC is having no trouble at printing from the shared printer on the XP machine but the W98 machine does not see the printer at all.

Can you share a Scanner? How have you connected and shared a Scanner like this Visioneer USB on Windows 98 and connected to it from Windows ME using Ethernet with a Netgear router. The 2 printers are shared but not the Visioneer Scanner.
