i use my Laptop w/ Win98 on it at home, school, and everywhere in between. i'd like to use static IP w/ my network card, but it may cause issues with school (we have *lots* of networks there, with a ton of hosts). i just leave it on DHCP.

I just got a secondhand computer with Win 98 on it. On startup a dialog box pops-up asking for a login and password. I can just hit cancel and it starts fine, but until I hit cancel nothing starts at all. It's just an annoyance, but how do I get rid of that dialog box?
