I have a windows 98 box (no choice for my app) that I access remotely
via an ssh server running through cygwin.  Up to this point its always
been connected to the internet and has had a static IP for remote
login.

I have a network with three pc's, one win98 is the admin, other two are xp.
When I open up network neighborhood in the admin pc I see both xp machines. I
