At one time there was a web site "Shields Up" that would test your computer for stealth. This URL does not work now. Anyone know of another URL or program that can check for stealth ? Thanks

I have a fairly old computer (purchased in 1999) and last week it started exhibiting some strange problems, i.e., there were pale blue pinstripes all over the desktop and then after a while it would go past the Dell and the Windows logo, but it would have a black screen instead

Hullo all, Have had win98se with ICS working fine for a couple of years at least but since a reinstall/re-enable of ICS it has been acting a bit weird... a. DHCP wont work anymore for the client computer
