i have a file missing for my windows which i need to
somehow re-load into the system but i do not know how to
do this.  it is located in C://WINDOWS\SYSTEM\AWSNTO32.EXE
and the file name that is missing is awfext32.dll

Sometimes when I turn on my pc instead of booting up I get
the error message "Sync out of range".  Usually, if I
reboot the pc comes up fine without any further problems.

When I try to open files, like pictures, I get the
message, "Cannon find program.exe". What happened to it?
I'm sure I must have had it at one time. This is a recent
