Whenever I work download archives to RW-Disc, I revive
error messages. As follows: An exception OE has occurred
at 0028:C150ABFD in VxD INCDRM(01) + 0000 36 CD. This was
called from 0028:c182 E 764 in VxD scsi1hlp(03) + 0000074.

My scheduled tasks only appear to be functioning but zero
percent completion is alwals indicated. On "Scan disc"
after two seconds it funtions between two items and
finally the message appears that scsn disc was restarted

I've looked at my system resources and everytime I reboot
my machine it's at 70%. I've used MSCONFIG.exe to remove
any items during startup but it still doesn't change. Any
ideas on how to improve my system resources?

Computer was working fine and when I went to lunch I left
Yahoo minimized on the start bar.  Came back from lunch,

starts checks FAT then almost immediately switches to
checking folders, does 2 or 3 squares worth, switches back
to checking folders over and over until the little box

I Recently got a virus and had to re-install windows 98se.
But now, my computer just shuts down after its been on
for about 10-15 min. Is it my computer?

When I start windows 98, a number of programs start up. I
want to find out what these are and how to set them so
they don't launch when I start the computer.

Can you tell me how to restore my system w/o losing
anything?  After downloading some software, it only
opened in "safe mode".  Now it opens without the "safe
mode" words in the corners, but the desktop background  

My pc was working fine till the other day when i went to

can't get my scan disk to run all the way through and
defrag to woork

I had been running 2 drives, one with 98se and the other
with Server 2003b.  The drive with 2003 is now gone but I
still get the startup screen with the os choices.  What's
the least painful way of getting rid of that ??
