Disable Fast Shutdown is missing from msconfig Advanced.  
Any idea where it went?

My computer is suddenly starting in safe mode, and I can't
fix it.  I've tried selecting "normal start" at the DOS
prompt, but it doesn't work.  How can I get my normal

Hello all, please advise if this is not the proper forum for this issue;
I have been using IE 6 for the last few  months and now it has developed
a challenge. I continually receive a crash as such;
