Hi, I fell for an email virus scam that told me to delete
a file jdbgmgr.exe. Any help on how to replace it.

I tried to defrag my computer but I kept getting a message
that told me to do a scan disk...so I did ascan disk and
heal the errors that were there and then proceeded to do a
defrag again but it only gets to 10% and then starts all

Does anyone know of a way to recover system resources
without rebooting in Windows 98SE?  If Microsoft could
come out with a third edition which resolved this problem,
I would probably stay with Win98.

 When Windows Loads up, all I get is my mouse cursor and
my wallpaper.  The start bar flashes for a second.  I've
tried going into safe mode, same thing happens.

i cannot use defrag or norton's speeddisk. the latter
states that a long program is preventing the process. how
do i identify this program and delete it?

I am now getting a message that tells me that I can't load
certain files because I don't have enough memory space.  
How do I free up some of this space?, and not lose vital
files that I might need. Also, if I leave my computer on

Every so often my system crashes and if I am using a
floppy disk the file is locked and if I can open it then
it says it is a read only document. Unless I save it as
another document I can't access it.

i have this computer for a while now and i do recall the
last time i checked my ram it was 256mb and now i'm kinda
trippin because when i log on, my memory now states 128mb
can anyone help figure out why that happen?
