When I get to the defrag box and am ready to start, the
box shows "C drive locked by a disk utility" This comes
under the id no. DEFRAG00105. We have Windows 98 2dn Edn
installed.

I'm using windows 98, and a compaq LP300 printer. When I

i'm have a problem with everything refreshing all the
time. for instance on my desktop all the icons constantly
refresh every 5 seconds. other programs when i'm in them
also keep doing the same. i ran scan check and defrag my

trying to find out what the file ledll is associated with.
Getting an error message that says file is corrupted. Also
getting a error message that says loader has performed an

when I run msconfig to select the startup programs,  there are many program
items be selected not load with windows startup.  and some are duplicated.
How can I edit the startup list and erase those unwanted items.

Does anyone know of a way to control the order of execution of programmes in
the \WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp folder?
I have two programmes, but one MUST execute to log into a network prior to

When I check the  performance in control panel I'm running
60% and I hit control .alt/ delete there are a number of
programs open that I have to close all the time. How can I
KEEP THESE PROGRAMS FROM OPENING UP.

I have windows 98SE and 256 MB memory. Usually I have 3-4
programs open over the course of the day. Suddenly, the
program I am using warns "not enough memory/close
program." I close the program. This occurs with each

my computer is only reporting 184mb, when it should say
192mb, and now my icons are loading slow on my desktop.
Everything else seems to be fine. I went into Safe Mode
and adjusted the memory usage in the System Tools-System
