I am trying to defragment my hard drive and it goes
through the motions - pop-up, icon degfraging, yet it
never progresses. It used to work fine but not now. Any
suggestions?

my floppy drive will not open pictures and other things
that i send to it....it sez NOT SIGNED....COULD NOT VERIFY
THE FILE.....any help with why it is doing this would be
greatly appreciated....i did have a cdrw installed..then

my computer will start in safe mode only. I have tried all

I recently added memory to my system (640 to 768) and

My system completely freezes all the time, I have trouble
using my computer for mre than a half hour without it

Hi, hope someone can help me!  I have Windows 98 which I
have used for years without much problem.  I just moved
and the computer was shut down for about a month.  When I
started up tonight I get "Boot Failure...Insert BOOT

Out of nowhere, whenever I turn on my computer a loud
clicking noise comes from my cpu and lasts about 3
seconds. Then my screen goes black and says "operating
system cannot be found". I have no idea what to do.

Why after I have my computer closed for a long time and I want to reboot I
have to reboot twice?
