When I run scanDisk something is writting to the disk and
it keeps having to restart and never gets finished. Is
there a way to fix this problem?

I'm having trouble shutting down and when I have to do a

Everytime I start my computer, I get an error that I am
missing system.inl.  This computer was used at my
employment.  It says something was unistalled and that is
