I received the following link in OE. When I click on it, I get some text but
no images. Any ideas?

Are there limitation to Windows 98 with certain types of
hardware?  Specifically can a processor be "too fast" for
it?  Can the computer have "too much" memory?  How about
the video card memory?  We've got a couple of computers

this, I am unable to open some websites that have

computer, it gets to the point where it says "Windows is
shutting down," it freezes and will not finish the shut

My internet browser has noticeably slowed down during opening and during
operation of it. I am using Win98/IE6 and a Cable connection.  Anyone know
what may cause this and what I can do to possibly get the normal speed back?

After several years with no problem I am now suffering
from intermittent freeze during use and more frequent
freeze when shutting down. Sometimes I can work my way
through the preocess via contr-alt-del and end task but

I have a feeling I deleted some files..now my system is
constantly unstable and when I reload Windows 98 I get
error messages for "ledll" and "loader"....as a result the

Many problems with Windows98:
1.Tried to uninstall McAfee Virus Scan (to install
Norton) - there were 2 displayed on the list to
install/uninstall, & I got rid of 1, but there is still 1
