How can I stop the Iexplore dialogue box from coming up all the time. It tells me "This program has performed an illegal operation & will shut down". Nothing shuts down though.

I have 128MB ram in my computer. But in system property it is showing 127MB. Why it is showing 127MB instead of 128MB. Where is that 1MB memory.
