I'm using Win98, internet browser IE. PC no virus. My PC always down and then there's a blue screen appears, saying "Fatal exception Oe 0028:C004f350 in vxd vcache(01) + 0000b20".

When you are typing everything freezes up and says you have performed an illegal operation and goes back to the desk top this is very frustrating because it won't save your work and you have to start from scratch again

When I have to restart the computer (not shut it down) it goes to the point where it looks like it is going to restart and then the screen goes black and freezes. Then you have to start it manually. Any ideas?

When my pc has started up - all programs that i open have strated to become very jerky (when i play music cd's the sound stutters). I have recently put more ram into my pc but still hasnt helped.
