Can anyone explain why the Kodak Easy Share program keeps causing my computer to freeze up? when it freezes and I press control, alt,delete I always get the message 'kodak easy share not reponding' I have recently deleted Lotus

I am organizing my the contents of various folders and I may have two windows open as I do this. The time it takes to open and close folders increases over time. Eventually it may take over two minutes to open or close a folder.

When I start up my computer I get the message "A Required file PSAPI.DLL was not found". This happens towards the end of the startup sequence when the icons are loading on the task bar in the right lower corner next to the clock.

How do you stop so many programs from starting up on your computer and going on the lower left taskbar at startup? It takes 10-12 minutes for my windows to finish bootup and ready to use. I think it is starting too many things.

When I shut down to DOS mode, and I don't load any drivers of any sort. I find I can't type exit to restart. The HDD starts running a bit for 2 sec. then hangs. ????? Any ideas? Cheers, Jody Thornton
