Cannot cut and paste from My Documents. Any ideas?

I get an error that say's "winpup32.exe is corrupt, please
reinstall"  Where do I get that file, or can I just delete
this?

I think my monitor or maybe my video card is going bad. When I boot up I get
something like this:

OVER RANGE

There is no choice for 256 color on my win 98 second
edition.  I dont know what I did wrong I reinstalled the
operating system and I installed the first service pack.

Does anyone know what's happening with the Networking NG??
I put something out there yesterday and now its telling

Clocked time from switch-on to stable desktop is (latest
