Why when I start in the morning do I have 53% resources available. As the day goes on the resources have gone down to less than 9% left, when I have not used anything but Exployer 6 and the Outlook Express. I then have to reboot

SUDDENLY Win98se will not open most of my files, regardless of type of file, .jpg, windows, explorer, .mpg, etc! Won't even open "Disk Clean-up." I get a "not a valid WIN32 app" box on the screen.

Everytime I turn on the computer, it always start in MS- DOS. I can't go back to windows (Normal Mode). It tells me that I'm still in MS-DOS mode and would I like to to go back to normal mode? I type in Y or press enter.

I have a Dell notebook with removable CD & Floppy drives running Win 98 SE. If I put in a floppy or CD, browse its contents then change the media and browse again, I can't get it to refresh. It retains the directory

When moving app windows, mouse cursor, or typing text, response on display is very "jerky", not smooth. As if commands being stored in a buffer and released sequentially. Any ideas??
