When I start up an error message comes up.
Error starting program
PSAPI.DLL link to missing export NTDLL.DLL/NT allocate
virtual memory.

This error, with varying addresses is occuring at startup
and on many programs, even OS programs like MSCONFIG.  How
do you troubleshoot it?  I will try eliminating various
programs from startup to see if that's causing the problem

Upon start up, I get the following. 'explorer has caused
an exception in 6d007fh in module webcheck.dll at
016:78b32595'
I run Window98 and IE6

The full text of the error message shortly after startup

These symptoms also occur:

I have started getting two different but related pop up
warnings when I start my computer.
File missing C:\Windows\System\.VxDMrtRate
And MRTRATE.DLL missing.

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module
APITRAP.DLL at 017f:04b43473.
and i get kernal page faults its driving me nuts i get
them on start up and when looking for things on the net

The computer is running very slow. Unable to determine why
it is running so slow. Our high speed internet service
provider thought it could be internet exp however I did
