Sometimes my computer just freezes, then it restarts after about 30 seconds. I do not know why it does this, each time it occurs I am doing something different so I would not know if it is a particular program that causes this.

I can't get my defrag to work nor my scandsk. Defrag acts like it is working, but stays at 0%. Scandsk tries 10 times and then says that something else is writing to drive. Please help.
