I am getting an error message each time I startup my PC.  
The messages reads "Error Starting Problem.  A
required .DLL file, .DLL was not found. OK".  I click OK
and the system seems to run fine.  The .DLL file is not

When I am working on the internet my computer will freeze
sometimes.  I use several windows at one time.  I can hit
control/alt/delete to get shut down but sometimes I have
to shut the computer down by holding in the power button.

ten minutes after running my computer it all locks up and
wont budge
I cant even switch off at power button,have to un-plug at

I just installed W98 and it was working fine.  This
morning, it will not boot.  Keep getting "error reading
drive C". It will not boot in safe mode either,

Will increasing virtual memory help with performance.  My
