I am receiving the following message...
"A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C1498609 in

When I turn my computer on, it boots as usual and then
suddenly it shuts down and reboots.  It has been doing
this 2 to 3 times before staying on......then sometimes it
just suddenly shuts down and reboots again.  Is it dying?

Ever since I had a new hard drive put in my computer, I
have been unable to run scan disc or defrag my computer.  
It keeps telling me that it has started many times and to
close all running programs.  I go into control alt delete

When I am surfing the Net, screen goes blank and when I
press Ctrl+Alt+Del, I get following message:
"An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C027FA5E in VxD NDIS

when you double left click mouse it just highlights the
icon or folder. In all instances you have to right click
and go to open. Is there a setting somewhere?

When I want to open windows explorer (not Internet
explorer), to look at my files,
it takes about 30 seconds to openit, after clicking the
explorer icon, or after pushing Windowsbutton+E.

I have call waiting and I want my online connection to be interrupted when
a call comes in but it does not happen. I have unchecked the " to disable
call waiting dial" box but it did not help.

Recently when I turn the computer on and after windows has
loaded it just locks up (Only Sometimes). I have checked
everything I can think of and can find no reason for this.

when i turn on my computer,i get an error message.Ir says
that  a file"PSAPI. DLL" IS MISSING.I can tell you that I
am having a hard time navigating some web pages.I am not a
computer whiz,so any help will have to be in plain english

I was having problems with win98 so I reinstalled it.  Now
I get at start up the following:  error 7323, error
loading device driver. NDISHLP.SYS.
  After this message I get 2 illegal operation messages.
