My Pc is set up for two users, myself and tha kids. Ever
since updating with Norton Anti virus 2003 though I seem
to have a problem with RNAdmin(not sure what that is for!)
The processor runs at 100% until I freeze check through

My Desktop Themes (themes.cpl) will not launch from the
Control Panel.  I have found the Themes.exe file in the
Program Files\Plus!\ folder and can launch from there.  
Does anybody have any idea why it won't launch from the

Running Win98 on a Dell 500MgHz PIII. Recently upgraded to
256M memory from 128M. System resources still at around
75% free max. Closed most programs via Task Manager, still

I am using Window 98 SE.  Just recently I have experienced
a series of problems.  Accessing the Control Panel takes
much longer than it should (or used to...up to a minute in
some cases).  When shutting down the computer it always

We are using Windows 98 as our operating system and we are
networked. Throughout the day if my computer is left
unattended for 15 -20 minutes, it will freeze up and I

Need to know ASAP if a corrupted registry file can interfere with a
Win98SE computer's proper recognition of any/all installed RAM cards on
that computer.
