Sometimes when I try to Shutdown 98se, I get a
"DDE Server Window" Not Responding.
I've never seen this one before. I've searched the
Knowledge base, and several other websites. This error

Every time I start my computer, RUN SCANDISK shows up
saying it wasn't shut down properly which may have only
happened once, because when I shut it down at night, the
screen sticks at Windows 98 before saying it's safe to

Does anyone know how to reinstall windows explorer w/out

My computer is running at almost 100% of its RAM (128K.
I shut down all the programs that are running in the
background and there is no decrease in the % of RAM.
Someone told me this may have to do with WIndows 98.

After a disc clean up & defrag I cannot get into Windows.
After the background opens and the Windows intro jingle I
get a message "Spool32 has performed an illegal operation

SysInfo says computer working at 50%; s/b at least 85%.  
Control/alt/delete shows many programs (unrecognizable)

My computer just hangs and or reboots anytime it wants
to.  This happens without any warning. At times it hangs

My windows 98 recently crashed. After an error caused my
system to freeze, as happens normally to all of us
sometimes, I just turned off my computer and went to bed,
the next morning I turned it on and the following things

I keep getting the Bootup Startup menu on my Windows
98SE.  I checked the systems files and they seem to be
OK.  What else can cause this problem?  Please help.
