My Task Bar clock loses time at the rate of about 30
seconds per hour. After it has lost about 3 minutes, the

When I drag the cursor over the icons on my desktop, they
flash and jump and then move to different locations.  Can

I recieve an error at start which reads:

intialization routine failed...My AOL 8.0 loads slowly

My computer slows in performance on bootup. After the
screen shows the windows icons, the mouse curser slows
down and if I go to task manager, it shows memcheck not
responding. Any help or suggestions

My wife received an HP CPU with Win 98 at a substantial
discount through Intel. She worked there. We've had to
replace the mother board and the HD. It is our

My system is running very slow, resources are low. I am
running Microsoft Windows 98.  There were 31 files checked
to startup when system restarted.  Does anyone know what
files are mandatory?  I have since unchecked most, but

I thought I had heard that Win 98 had a limitation on how much RAM it could
actually address.

I've gotten a ripped version of Longbow 2 from www.
the-underdogs.org, and it seems to not play with more than
365 MB of system RAM installed. In other words, it crashes
back to the desktop.

i play the game pipe dreams. however i cannot play for the
arrow curser does not appear to be able to play. i'm sure
it's probably something simple. but....not for me.  can
you or do you know what i can do?
