Windows 98SE, Pentium 200 MMX, 64MB RAM. My Task Bar clock loses time at the rate of about 30 seconds per hour. After it has lost about 3 minutes, the Computer gets very slow, and the mouse "hangs up"

I recieve an error at start which reads: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msconfd.dll A dynamic link library[DLL] intialization routine failed...My AOL 8.0 loads slowly now...anyone have a any idea what I need to do to fix it?

My computer slows in performance on bootup. After the screen shows the windows icons, the mouse curser slows down and if I go to task manager, it shows memcheck not responding. Any help or suggestions

I've gotten a ripped version of Longbow 2 from www. the-underdogs.org, and it seems to not play with more than 365 MB of system RAM installed. In other words, it crashes back to the desktop.
