I get the error message that starts out MSFT then 3 square
boxes, then an A, 3 more boxes, then C .etc.  At the end
it says    !}}%%%%% WW.  The window is entitled Driver
Memory Error.   Anyone know how to fix this?

When I start the Defragging Program it gets to 1% complete
and then goes back to 0%...then goes up to 1%...then goes
back to 0%.

File operatoins in Windows explorer (or My Computer) is
extremely slow. It can take up to a minute (possibly more)

i operate on microsoft windows 98.  upon reboot recently,
my system came up in safe mode, and i have been unable to
