Last 3 days my computer is writing to the hard drive every 3-4 secs. It is chewing up cpu power and causing on line games to  lag and hang up. what gives? this never happened before now.

After turning on computer I get error message stating

I had heard that Windows 98SE has a Bug,which improperly

During scandisk I get the error message, "Scandisk is searching C Drive for
crosslinked files."  It then hangs and I need to reboot.  Any ideas on how

I just got through putting in and installing the 4 port,
