During this past week we began having problems with our
printer and display. Also, MS Dos does not show up when we
boot the computer now. We have Windows 98.
We reloaded our printer driver, but still cannot send

My computer will not boot up at all.
I have tried twice to reinstall Windows 98 from my CD that
came with the computer originally.  It appears to finish
setup but when it tries to restart the computer I get the

Replaced motherboard & cpu and hard drive. I did a clean install of W98SE
with all MS updates. System runs fine, but when I shut down the computer it
will restart after 3 seconds. Only way to shut it down is by using the

Windows works fine until I start using the net. After
about 5 to 10 minutes the computer locks-up. Even after I
have disable my anti virus and have shut down non-
essential running programs, the computer still locks-up.

we do not have a boot disk, only get windows blue clouds
but can get to DOS by hitting f-8.  How do I copy files
(quicken & word) from DOS and load to xp?  Thanks, src

When I go into My Computer, it does not list my cd-rom.  
When I go into add new hardware, it does not even
recognize that there is a cd-rom.  I can't use the
windows disks, because the computer won't read the cd-rom.

scan disk didn't help, "repair" didn't help. any
suggestions?
