Almost every time I access the internet I get this message EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL at 0167:78002c7c - what does this mean?? and then Explorer closes the pages I am using = it is

Is there any way to allocate more memory for User resources? ccording to Norton System Doctor, the maximum USER Free memory I have is 54% and it quickly falls below 20% as I open multiple browsers.

on win2000...XP one can use the AT comand for scheduling tasks. but on 98 this cmd is not available. is there a portable way to schedule tasks over cmd line & from inside applications (also COM) ?
