While on the internet it seems I am getting an over abundance of pop ups and then the computer will freeze up. When I hit Alt-control-delete, I get the Close Program Box and it consistantly says "Apropos" is not responding.

When I shut down my PC, it restarts, so I have to push the off button at exactly the right moment. I hit the "shut down" bubble, but it still restarts. Please help. Thnaks!
