had a 95 box.  everytime i tried to open icons in control
panel it would say access denied.  then I upgraded to 98
and the same thing exists.  how can I correct or override
this?

My computer is not recognizing the new RAM of 256MB that
is inside the computer. It only reads the original 64MB of
