I get an error message when starting my computer. "A
required .DLL file, MSVCP60.DLL, was not found" Am lost!

My MaxFileCache is set to 12288 in the system.ini file.I
have been told it is set too low and that I should let

When starting or rebooting my computer it stops at
C:\Windows> each time. If you type "exit" after the
prompt, it will reboot and do the same thing again.

my mistake, downloaded a free recipe program the other day

I have a folder under Windows/Temporary Internet Files called Content IE.5.
There are more than 20 subfolders under it with names like 01yn8t67,
41af0tabb, 4dqjo6f, etc.
Most of the files are small files of only a few kilobytes.  But enough are
