Can anyone tell me how I can decifer the programs listed
in Task Manager, which I understand are the ones in start-
up?  Some of them I can easily recognize, but others are a
foreign language, i.e. Qdcsfs, Atisched, Cg16eh, etc.  Is

when I turn on my computer it tells me that it can not
load a perticular file something about library dll

I remember hearing about this problem a few times now, but
can't remember or find the reason why it happeens.  It is
happening to my Mothers computer now, so if any of you can
tell me what to try, I'd be gratefull.

How can I find an explanation of this error message, along
with a solution. My computer seems to hang at shut down
and I am left with just the windows 98 logo on the screen.

I have no sound on computer what so ever
