They offer no further advice.Advice appreciated.

I recently installed a HP Laserjet 1012 and ever since
then I am unable to properly shut down and restart
Windows.  Every time that I try to shut down or restart, a
screen that says "Windows is shutting down" appears and

My resources have been really low and causing my internet
to be really slow. I've done major clean out of my
computer and even kept the bare minimum in the start up.
I've installed more RAM but the resources are still low.

Hello - Someone mentioned to me that the maximum usable
memory in a Win98 system was 128MB.  I have never heard
this before.  Is there any truth to this?

the user resource 64% and the GDI 84%

I am running Win98 with Office 2000. When I start the
machine and try to launch Word I get an error message "Not
