Hello to all, My recycle bin folder will not close. The
only way I can get it to close is to use ctrl+alt+delete.
I have not installed any new software or hardware. It has
been doing it for about 4 days now. Also when I can get

my screen keeps going black and I loose what I am looking at.
How do I resolve whether this is a hardware(monitor) problem, or a software problem.

My disk clean program up is poping up all the time even

I'm running Win98 SE on a Pent4 1.8 with 512 mg ram.  At various times I
experience long pauses, 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes when everything stops
working.  Programs do not work, and, I cannot open new programs.  After the
delay, everything starts again.

This is EXTREMELY frustrating . . .
When visiting one of my favorite websites, www.audiogon.com, using my home
PC, I am able to access some, but not all links.

I'm running 98se on a 1.2Ghz box with 512Mb memory. After
a day or so programs load slowly & I have to restart.
